Ingredients

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
8–12 ounces of warm or room-temperature water
Instructions
1. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a glass or bottle.
2. Sprinkle in cayenne pepper.
3. Pour in water and stir well or shake.
4. Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
Notes
Start with half the amount of cayenne or ACV if you’re sensitive.
Swap cayenne for fresh grated ginger for a gentler version.
Do not drink too close to bedtime to avoid digestive discomfort.
