Ingredients
1 cup low-moisture cottage cheese
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Optional: 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Parchment paper
Olive oil spray (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Strain cottage cheese and let it drain for 15 minutes
3. Scoop 1–2 inch mounds onto parchment-lined tray
