1 lb fresh sea bass or white fish
¾ cup fresh lime juice
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 fresh red chili, thinly sliced
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Dice fish into small cubes and place in glass bowl.
2. Pour lime juice over fish and marinate in fridge for 15–20 minutes.
3. Stir halfway to ensure even curing.
4. Add red onion, cilantro, and chili.
5. Season with salt and mix gently.
6. Serve immediately with sides or in avocado halves.
Notes
Use the freshest fish you can find—wild-caught if possible.
Adjust chili to your preferred heat level.
For added flavor, try a pinch of smoked paprika or merken.
