Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar, to taste
  • Pinch of cinnamon or clove (optional)

Instructions

1. Combine cranberries, orange juice, and sugar in a saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes, until most cranberries burst.

4. Stir in orange zest and optional spices.

5. Let cool before serving.
