Ingredients
⅛ tsp pink Himalayan salt
Juice of half a lemon
1–2 thin slices of mountain yam (or daikon radish as a substitute)
1 cup warm water
Instructions
1. Pour the warm water into a glass or a mug.
2. Add the lemon juice and pink Himalayan salt. Stir gently with a spoon until the salt is completely dissolved.
3. Add the thin slices of mountain yam or daikon radish. Allow them to infuse the water for about one minute.
4. Sip slowly as a gentle morning tonic to hydrate and replenish minerals.
