Ingredients

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ to 1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp white miso paste
1 cup warm water (not boiling)
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat water to approx. 120°F (not boiling).
2. Mix miso paste with lemon juice and ginger in a mug.
3. Add warm water and stir until dissolved.
4. Sprinkle cayenne if desired.
Notes
Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
