1 cup warm purified water
Instructions
1. Warm 1 cup of purified water until it’s slightly hot, not boiling.
2. Squeeze juice from ½ lemon into the water.
3. Add ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt to the glass.
4. Stir thoroughly until the salt dissolves completely.
5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach each morning for 7 days.
