Description
Creamy, dairy-free tahini coffee made with espresso or cold brew and sesame paste. Rich, nutty, and nourishing.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
1 tablespoon tahini
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
Optional: splash of oat or almond milk
Instructions
1. Brew your coffee or pull espresso shots.
2. In a mug, mix tahini with a bit of coffee until smooth.
3. Stir in sweetener and spices.
4. Add the rest of the coffee and optional milk.
5. Serve hot or over ice.
Notes
Use light tahini for milder flavor.
For iced version, blend all ingredients and pour over ice.
