Description
This Japanese Mounjaro detox tea blends ancient ingredients—matcha, ginger, lemon, kombu, and umeboshi—to boost digestion, fight inflammation, and naturally support weight loss and energy.
Ingredients
1 tsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 slice lemon (with peel)
1 small piece kombu (dried kelp)
1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
1 1/2 cups hot water
Instructions
1. Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil, then turn off the heat.
2. Add kombu to steep in the hot water for 5 minutes.
3. Remove the kombu and add grated ginger and lemon slice.
4. Let steep another 2–3 minutes.
5. Whisk in the matcha powder until smooth.
6. Add the umeboshi at the end and stir gently.
7. Serve warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink daily in the morning for optimal detox effects.
You can adjust ginger or lemon for taste preferences.
Do not use boiling water directly on matcha; let water cool slightly first.
