Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 wheel (4–6 oz) brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • 0.25 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 3–4 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme (optional garnish)

  • sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a 12-cup mini muffin tin.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and cut each of the 8 triangles in half lengthwise to make 16 smaller triangles. Use 12.
  3. Press a dough triangle into each muffin cup, forming a small crust.
  4. Place a cube of brie into each dough cup.
  5. Add about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top, if using.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly, garnish with rosemary if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For variation, try using raspberry jam, fig preserves, or even a drizzle of honey. Add chopped pecans or rosemary for extra flavor. Camembert or goat brie works well too. Chill the brie before cutting to prevent sticking. Make ahead and bake from frozen if needed.
