Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
  • 8 –12 ounces of warm or room-temperature water

Method
 

  1. 1. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a glass or bottle.
  2. 2. Sprinkle in cayenne pepper.
  3. 3. Pour in water and stir well or shake.
  4. 4. Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
