- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and cut the carrots into approximately 1/4 inch thick slices, or use pre-sliced carrot chips.
- Pat the carrot slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Place carrot chips in a large bowl and lightly mist with olive oil. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Toss everything together to coat the chips evenly.
Cooking
- Arrange the seasoned carrot chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the chips for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy, carefully remove them and let cool slightly before serving.
