Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 Fuji apples, chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Rinse and chop the romaine lettuce, then place it in a large serving bowl.
  2. Chop the apples into bite-sized pieces and halve the grapes. Add both to the bowl with lettuce.
  3. Sprinkle the dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, and toasted walnuts over the salad base.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until creamy.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and gently toss to coat evenly.

Notes
