  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets Other fish like trout or halibut can also work well.
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese Can be replaced with any flavored cream cheese.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling on salmon.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste.
  • to serve Vegetables or rice For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and drizzle olive oil on top.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  5. Top each salmon fillet generously with Boursin cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Serve the salmon with your choice of veggies or rice.
