- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Roll the egg-dipped chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
- Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce of choice!
