  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Substitute with crushed cornflakes or panko for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  4. Roll the egg-dipped chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce of choice!

Notes
