  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Use high-quality olive oil for superior flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a suitable baking dish, mix together the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Nestle the block of feta cheese right in the center of this mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta has softened.
  2. During the baking time, cook the orzo as directed on the package and drain it once cooked.
Combining
  1. When the feta mixture is ready, stir in the orzo until everything is well combined.
  2. Top with fresh basil for garnish.
