Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats (old-fashioned) Measure by gently scooping; don’t pack them.
  • 2 cups milk or milk alternative Use oat or almond milk for dairy-free.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Plain or vanilla.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup nut butter Peanut or almond recommended, or sunflower seed butter for nut allergies.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder For a lighter texture.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup add-ins (fresh or frozen fruit, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit) Fold in your chosen add-ins.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and uniform.
  3. Fold in your chosen add-ins.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread it evenly using a spatula. Press gently to flatten the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden and the center is set when gently jiggled.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes
