Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. The batter will be quite thick.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the lined pan and spread it evenly, smoothing out the top.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. You’ll want the brownies to look barely set in the middle – they should be gooey!
- Once done, take them out of the oven and let the brownies cool fully in the pan before slicing.
