Preparation
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the base of a serving dish to form the crust.
Layering
- Spread half of the pastry cream evenly over the prepared crust.
- Slice the bananas and layer them over the pastry cream.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the bananas.
- Add another layer of pastry cream, followed by the remaining banana slices and the rest of the caramel sauce.
- Finish with a generous dollop of whipped cream and garnish with leftover graham cracker crumbs.
Chilling
- Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
