- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until they’re smooth and creamy.
- Add in oats, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until everything is fully combined to create a uniform batter.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly for consistent baking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are a beautiful golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool in the dish before cutting them into squares.
