  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs For a crunchy coating
  • 1/2 tsp Salt For seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper For seasoning
  • Vegetable oil as needed Vegetable oil (for frying) Heat for frying
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Base for the sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha Adjust for heat preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the seasoned tenderloins in panko breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until ready.
  2. Fry the chicken tenderloins for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Sauce Preparation
  1. Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
Serving
  1. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the crispy chicken tenderloins before serving.
