  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise You can substitute with yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste based on heat preference.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste Use fresh ground for best flavor.
  • Oil spray (for air frying) To prevent sticking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season your salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each salmon piece in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with oil.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
Serving
