- 1. Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring often until they pop.
- 2. Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes in a bowl.
- 3. Add chia seeds, ground flaxseed, lemon zest, cinnamon, and sea salt to the bowl and mix.
- 4. Grind everything into a fine powder using a high-speed blender or grinder.
- 5. Store in a sealed glass jar at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
- 6. To make the drink, mix 1 tablespoon of the seed mix with 1 cup warm water and lemon juice. Let sit for 3–5 minutes before drinking.
- 7. Optionally, add grated ginger for a thermogenic boost.
