Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk or the milk of your choice
  • 0.25 cup vanilla yogurt regular or Greek
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or your preferred sweetener, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a 16-ounce jar or a bowl, place all of the ingredients.
  2. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
  4. In the morning, give your oats a quick stir, then enjoy them as-is or add your favorite mix-ins and toppings!

Notes
