  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Begin by tossing the shredded chicken in BBQ sauce in a medium bowl until well-coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, gently stirring until combined.
  3. Fold in cilantro and green onions if desired.
Assembly
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and place a generous portion of BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center.
  2. Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom.
  3. Repeat this process for the remaining wraps and cut each in half diagonally for serving.
