Ingredients
  

For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb beef (such as flank steak), thinly sliced You can substitute with sirloin or ribeye for extra tenderness.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Frozen broccoli can be used but should be thawed and drained.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Can be replaced with teriyaki sauce for a sweeter glaze.
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable oil to a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  2. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
  3. Toss in the broccoli florets and a splash of water. Cover briefly to steam until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir everything together, then serve hot over rice or noodles.
