- Combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Add vegetable oil to a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and a splash of water. Cover briefly to steam until tender-crisp.
- Stir everything together, then serve hot over rice or noodles.
