  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl until foamy.
  2. Add eggs, butter, and flour to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise until doubled, about 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly.
  6. Roll into a log and cut into 12 equal slices.
  7. Arrange in a greased pan, cover, and allow the rolls to rise again.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread over warm rolls.
