For the pudding
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix or your choice of pudding flavor
  • 2 cups milk for the pudding mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese should be at room temperature
  • 1 cup whipped cream for folding into the pudding
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract adds flavor to the pudding
For the layers
  • 1 package Biscoff cookies to be crushed for the base and topping
  • 3 medium ripe bananas sliced for layering

Preparation
  1. Crush half the Biscoff cookies and layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pudding mix, and milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Incorporate vanilla extract, then gently fold in the whipped cream to create a creamy texture.
  4. Add half of the pudding mixture over the crushed cookies, followed by sliced bananas.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, pudding, and bananas.
  6. Finish with a generous topping of whipped cream and crushed cookies.
  7. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to develop.
