Preparing the Pudding

Making the Whipped Cream
  1. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to retain volume.
Layering the Pudding
  1. In a trifle dish or suitable serving bowl, alternate layers of pudding, Biscoff cookies, and sliced bananas.
  2. Repeat the layering process, ensuring the top layer is pudding.
  3. Allow the dish to chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, embellish with crushed Biscoff cookies, banana slices, and a drizzle of cookie butter.
