Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the oats, blueberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds to add thickness and pudding-like texture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into jars or containers and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats. Add a splash of milk if needed for desired consistency.
  5. Top with fresh blueberries, granola, or a drizzle of honey before serving.

Notes
