  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with a different cheese like pepper jack for added heat.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Brown the sausage in a skillet until cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the browned sausage over the crescent rolls.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage, ensuring even coverage.
  7. Generously top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden.
