Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise Can use flavored yogurt for a twist
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • to taste none Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by placing broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, raisins, and sunflower seeds into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld.
