- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with the melted butter until they’re nicely coated.
- Add the brown sugar, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix until the carrots are evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t crowded.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Once they’re beautifully roasted, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs if you like.
