Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with the melted butter until they’re nicely coated.

  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t crowded.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once they’re beautifully roasted, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs if you like.
