  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or canola/melted butter)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional – white, milk, or dark)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional – walnuts, pecans, almonds)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until just combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
  5. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
