Preparation

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  4. Add the sugar, salt, and vanilla, stirring until the sugar has dissolved into a syrup.
  5. Toss the pecans in the syrup, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  6. Spread the coated pecans on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through until they’re beautifully golden and fragrant.
  2. Let cool completely before breaking apart any clusters.
