  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled Can substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (like parsley or chives) For garnish, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well blended.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the mixture over the entire surface.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one side; seal the edge with a bit of cream cheese if needed.
  5. Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
