  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use rotisserie chicken.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Grate fresh for a creamier texture.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay out your tortillas and evenly distribute the cheesy chicken mixture across each one. Roll them up tightly.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, before flipping to cook the other side.
  2. Once both sides are crispy, remove them from the skillet, slice diagonally, and serve warm.
