- Spread seasoned vegetables evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
- Roast the vegetables in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
- While the vegetables roast, combine heavy cream and shredded cheese in a separate bowl until mixed well.
- Once vegetables are done, remove them from the oven and pour the cheese mixture over them. Stir gently to combine.
- Return the dish to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
