Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything until it’s coated well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Cooking
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove it from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese and chopped green onions on top.
- Pop it back in the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
