  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded Can substitute with mozzarella or cheddar.
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup Ensure well mixed to avoid clumps.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko Can mix with melted butter for a crunchy topping.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced (optional) For an extra layer of flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and, if using, the diced ham. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs with a little melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
