Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and, if using, the diced ham. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs with a little melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
This casserole can be kept in the fridge for up to three days in an airtight container. It freezes well; just cover tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil before freezing. When ready, thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat in the oven.
