Ingredients
  

For the Kofta
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced for the kofta mixture
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced for the sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix everything until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into small oval koftas using your hands.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the kofta for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they’re fully cooked and nicely browned.
Making the Sauce
  1. For the sauce, in a separate bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Serving
  1. Serve the kofta warm, drizzled with the creamy garlic yogurt sauce.
