- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Be careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into four loose balls.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil until shimmering.
- Place the chicken balls in the skillet with room to spare. Press each ball down to approximately ½ inch thickness.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add cheese in the last minute if desired.
- Optionally, toast the hamburger buns until golden.

- Assemble your burgers with fresh toppings like lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
