- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss them in the buttery sauce until well coated.
- Slice the rested chicken and serve it over the noodles, garnishing with parsley if desired.
