  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with Monterey Jack or other cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream For serving
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions For garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom.
  3. Pour the chili over the tater tots, ensuring it’s spread out evenly.
  4. Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
