  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler. Heat in short bursts and stir often to avoid burning.
  2. Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully covered. Use a fork or dipping tool and tap gently to remove excess chocolate.
  3. Place the chocolate-covered pretzels on a parchment-lined tray. Keep them spaced so they don’t stick together.
  4. Add sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens, if desired. Work quickly—the sprinkles need to be applied while the chocolate is still tacky.
  5. Let the pretzels cool until the chocolate is set. You can leave them at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
