Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler. Heat in short bursts and stir often to avoid burning.
- Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully covered. Use a fork or dipping tool and tap gently to remove excess chocolate.
- Place the chocolate-covered pretzels on a parchment-lined tray. Keep them spaced so they don’t stick together.
- Add sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens, if desired. Work quickly—the sprinkles need to be applied while the chocolate is still tacky.
- Let the pretzels cool until the chocolate is set. You can leave them at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
