Ingredients

For the yogurt mixture
  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries Fresh or frozen strawberries can be used.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Can be substituted with flavored yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp honey Adjust to taste if you prefer sweeter.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Vanilla bean can also be used.
For the chocolate coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil Helps in melting the chocolate smoothly.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
  2. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and shape it into clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet or large plate. You should be able to form around 10 clusters.
  3. Place the tray in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze completely, about 1 to 2 hours.
Chocolate Coating
  1. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil, then heat in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted.
  2. Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer. Carefully dip each cluster into the melted chocolate using a spoon to ensure they are thoroughly coated.
  3. Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the parchment-lined sheet. For an added touch, sprinkle a little sea salt on top.
  4. Pop the baking sheet back in the freezer for a few minutes to set the chocolate. Enjoy your delicious creations!
