Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

- Using a mini cookie scoop or a tablespoon, portion out the dough into 13-15 rounds.
- Roll each portion into a ball between your palms. Enjoy immediately, or let cool in the fridge for a firmer texture.
