  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk Just warm, not hot
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg Beaten
Filling and Topping
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar For drizzle

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt until well mixed.
  2. Add the warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg. Stir until a dough begins to form.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Rolling and Baking
  1. Once risen, roll out the dough into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.
  2. Evenly spread Nutella across the dough.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over the Nutella-covered dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and slice into rolls.
  5. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and allow them to rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle powdered sugar over the warm rolls before serving.
