Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt until well mixed.
- Add the warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg. Stir until a dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough back in the bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Rolling and Baking
- Once risen, roll out the dough into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.
- Evenly spread Nutella across the dough.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the Nutella-covered dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and slice into rolls.
- Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and allow them to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle powdered sugar over the warm rolls before serving.
