Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Warm the milk and mix with sugar and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
  2. Add butter, eggs, and salt. Slowly mix in the flour to form dough.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise until doubled.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 even pieces.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Make glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Spread over warm rolls.
