Preparation

- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and half of the sugar in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
- Gradually blend the wet ingredients into the dry ones, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Finishing Touch
- Let cool slightly, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon over the top.
